Production Engineer
Oversee general operations of the oil and gas fields, including production optimization, workover activity, and facility maintenance. Design and manage well level surveillance, field data capture, well tests, daily production estimate, and fluid levels. Closely oversee workover rig activity, prepare AFEs, design procedures, schedule work, execute work, track costs. Troubleshoot and optimize artificial lift (primarily Gas Lift) in the field. Collaborate with Subsurface to design and plan capital programs. Ensure our fields meet any regulatory, legal, environmental, or other requirements with support from other departments. Work with data and other departments to help develop processes, reports, and dashboards to improve analysis. Troubleshoot and optimize central compression and gathering system. Perform data analysis tasks to identify patterns, trends, and insights from production data. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of production data captured from various sources. Implement quality control measures to identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors. Collaborate with operators, field personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure reliable and consistent data capture. Assist in the administration and maintenance of various operations software used by the production engineering team.

Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field and 1 year of experience operating conventional oil and gas fields and assets; and overseeing workover and facility activity.
